Describe toys honestly

Photograph the actual item, note missing pieces, and be upfront about wear, stains, marks and missing instructions. Completeness tiers exist so buyers know exactly what they're getting.

List only safe, legal items

No recalled products, no items with broken or sharp parts, no counterfeits, and nothing outside the spirit of a children's marketplace. Clean items before handing them over.

Children's clothing is optional

Clothing categories are hidden by default and only appear for members who opt in. List children's clothing honestly: describe stains, wear, and true sizing. Swaps remain in-person meet-ups only.

Meet safely

Prefer Relay Points or busy public places for in-person handoffs. Bring another adult if you'd feel more comfortable, and never feel pressured to share your home address.

Show up

Reply to offers, keep agreed drop-off times, and let the other family know as early as you can if plans change. Repeated no-shows can lead to account limits.

Be kind

Harassment, discrimination and abusive messages aren't tolerated. Disagreements about a trade go through the dispute process, not the chat thread.

Reporting

Report a listing, message or member if something feels wrong. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.
